Which Growave plan do I need?
The Attentive integration requires Growave's Entry plan or above.
Should I disable Smart Sending for loyalty emails?
Yes. With Smart Sending on, Attentive limits emails to three per customer per 24 hours. If a customer earns multiple rewards in one day, some emails will be skipped. Disable Smart Sending for loyalty-triggered journeys to ensure all messages are delivered.
Can I personalize messages with customer loyalty data?
Yes. Each Growave trigger passes event properties (like customer name, points balance, product details) that you can insert as dynamic variables directly in the Attentive email or SMS editor.
