The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help Shopify merchants get the most out of Growave. You’ll work with real storefronts, troubleshoot technical issues, customize themes, and collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams.

Employment Type

This role is offered on a contractor basis. You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot technical issues on Shopify storefronts
Customize Shopify themes using Liquid
Support and configure Growave widgets and integrations
Communicate with clients via Intercom, email, and occasional calls
Debug client-side issues using browser developer tools
Collaborate with Developers on complex technical cases
Requirements
1+ year of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Shopify theme customization (Liquid)
Good understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and apps
Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Languages
English and Portuguese (required)
Additional languages are a plus
