Can I personalize the SMS messages with customer data?
Yes. Each Growave trigger passes dynamic tags you can use in the message body, including first name, wishlist page URL, and review page URL. These are inserted directly in the Postscript message editor.
Do I need to build the automations manually in Postscript?
Yes. After connecting via API key, you set up each automation inside Postscript by creating a Legacy Automation and selecting the relevant Growave trigger (e.g. Ssw Wishlist Back In Stock). Growave does not push automations to Postscript automatically.
Which Growave plan do I need?
The Postscript integration is available on Growave's Entry plan and above.
