Frequently asked questions
Do I need to configure anything inside Growave?
Yes, one setting. In Growave, go to Reviews, Settings, and set Send review requests based on order status to Delivered. Tracktor's delivery updates will then trigger the timing automatically.
What happens if Tracktor doesn't update the delivery status?
Growave falls back to your general review request delay settings. If no delivery status comes through from Tracktor, the review request will still send based on the fixed delay configured in Growave notifications.
