One-time setup, no ongoing work
In Easyship, go to Connect, select your store, and enable Update order status on Shopify. Then set Growave to trigger review requests on Delivered status. Everything runs automatically from there.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to configure anything inside Growave?
Yes, one setting. In Growave, go to Reviews, Settings, and set Send review requests based on order status to Delivered. Easyship's delivery updates will then trigger the timing automatically.
What happens if Easyship doesn't update the delivery status?
Growave falls back to your general review request delay settings. If no delivery status comes through from Easyship, the review request will still send based on the fixed delay configured in Growave notifications.
