Frequently asked questions
Do I need to configure anything inside Growave?
Yes, one setting. In Growave, go to Reviews, Settings, and set Send review requests based on order status to Delivered. From there, ParcelWILL's delivery updates will trigger the timing automatically.
What happens if ParcelWILL doesn't update the delivery status?
Growave falls back to your general review request delay settings. If no delivery status comes through from ParcelWILL, the review request will still send based on the fixed delay you've configured in Growave notifications.
