Frequently asked questions
Which subscription apps does this work with?
Growave supports most Shopify subscription apps, including Appstle, as long as they use Shopify Payments to process recurring charges. Legacy apps with their own payment processing are not supported.
Do I need to configure anything in Appstle?
No. The setup is entirely on the Growave side. Enable the Subscription apps integration in Growave Integrations, then configure your rewards with the appropriate purchase type in Growave Rewards.
What happens if I disable the subscription integration later?
Any rewards linked to subscription products will no longer be valid. You will need to create new rewards for non-subscription items. If the subscription app is deleted, linked rewards are not automatically disabled but will fail on redemption and Growave will notify you by email.
