Who can use the TikTok Shop integration?
The integration is available for US-based TikTok Shops on Growave's Entry plan and above. It requires one integration slot.
Which reviews get synced to TikTok Shop?
Only published reviews from verified buyers are synced. Reviews collected through loyalty earning rules or imported reviews are not included, and the sync only covers product reviews — store reviews and Q&A are excluded.
Can I edit or delete a review after it's synced?
No. TikTok doesn't support editing or deleting synced reviews. Once a review is published in Growave and synced, it stays visible on TikTok Shop. If a review needs to be removed for privacy or policy reasons, you'll need to contact TikTok support directly.
What happens if my TikTok authorization expires?
Syncing pauses until you reconnect. You'll get an email reminder and see a reconnect prompt in Growave → Integrations → TikTok Shop. Just click Reconnect and complete the authorization flow to resume.
