How to set up
Live in three steps. No developer needed.

Copy your API credentials
In your Growave admin, go to Settings → API and copy your API Key and API Secret.

Connect in Shopney
Open the Integrations tab in Shopney, paste the credentials into the Growave tile, switch on Enable and save.

Add it to your app
In Shopney's Design section, drag the Loyalty element into your app menu and showcase. Reviews appear on product cards automatically.

Questions, answered
Which plans do I need?
The Shopney integration is available from Growave's Entry plan, and our team switches on API access for you. App-install rewards use Custom actions, available from Growave Plus. On Shopney, Rewards needs the Platinum plan, and Reviews and Wishlist need Gold.
When do customers get points for downloading the app?
As soon as they log in to the app. Create the reward as a Custom action in Growave and paste its ID into the App Install Reward field in Shopney.
What if a customer enables push notifications before logging in?
Their reward is saved and credited automatically the moment they log in.
Can I give extra points for orders placed in the app?
Yes. A Growave Boost campaign can offer 2× or 3× points only on orders placed through your Shopney app.
Which reviews appear in the app?
Every published product review appears in your app. To show photo reviews, turn on Image review in the Shopney Reviews integration panel.
Can the app have its own wishlist?
Yes. By default, app and web share one wishlist. Turn on Separate mobile wishlist in Shopney if you'd prefer a standalone app wishlist.
