Review Integrity Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

This Review Integrity Policy (“Policy”) describes the standards, monitoring practices, moderation principles, investigation procedures, and enforcement measures applicable to merchants and users utilizing the review-related services, features, widgets, integrations, and functionality provided by Growave (“Growave”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into Growave:

By using Growave Services, merchants and users agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws, regulations, platform requirements, and consumer protection standards relating to reviews, endorsements, advertising, ecommerce, and online content moderation.

Growave is committed to supporting transparent and trustworthy review experiences for merchants, consumers, and ecommerce platforms.

The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • promote authentic and reliable customer reviews;
  • prohibit deceptive or manipulative review practices;
  • support fair and transparent moderation standards;
  • maintain the integrity of Growave-powered review systems;
  • support compliance with applicable legal and platform requirements, including consumer protection obligations.

Reviews displayed through Growave Services should reflect genuine customer opinions, experiences, and interactions.

Growave may use order data, platform integrations, metadata, or other verification mechanisms to help identify reviews associated with verified purchases or legitimate customer interactions.

Merchants are encouraged to collect reviews from all customers regardless of whether feedback is positive, neutral, or negative.

Growave does not permit deceptive practices intended to create a misleading representation of merchant reputation, product quality, or customer satisfaction.

Merchants and users may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, abusive, or manipulative review practices.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • submitting or publishing fake reviews;
  • generating reviews using bots, scripts, automation, or fabricated accounts;
  • impersonating customers or posting reviews on behalf of customers without authorization;
  • selectively soliciting, suppressing, gating, or removing reviews in a misleading manner;
  • manipulating review visibility, ratings, or publication flows to distort customer perception;
  • materially altering the meaning, sentiment, or substance of customer reviews;
  • offering incentives, compensation, discounts, refunds, rewards, or other benefits in exchange for reviews without appropriate disclosure and compliance with applicable laws;
  • importing or syndicating reviews in violation of applicable laws, platform policies, or third-party rights;
  • coordinating or participating in activities intended to artificially influence ratings or review outcomes.

Minor formatting, spelling, or typographical corrections that do not materially alter the original meaning of a review may be permitted.

Growave encourages merchants to publish lawful and genuine reviews, including critical or negative feedback, provided such content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Reviews may be restricted, removed, or moderated where they:

  • contain spam or fraudulent content;
  • include unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening material;
  • contain personal information or privacy violations;
  • infringe intellectual property or third-party rights;
  • are unrelated to the relevant customer experience or transaction;
  • violate applicable laws, platform rules, or Growave policies.

Moderation decisions may involve automated systems, manual review processes, or a combination of both.

Merchants using Growave Services are solely responsible for:

  • complying with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • maintaining truthful and non-misleading review practices;
  • ensuring that review collection campaigns comply with applicable disclosure and consent requirements;
  • cooperating with Growave during investigations, audits, or compliance reviews;
  • ensuring that employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates, and service providers acting on their behalf comply with this Policy.

Merchants remain solely responsible for the content, legality, and authenticity of reviews displayed on their storefronts.

Growave maintains monitoring and fraud prevention processes designed to identify suspicious or potentially abusive review activity.

Such processes may include:

  • automated fraud detection systems;
  • metadata and behavioral analysis;
  • anomaly detection;
  • moderation workflows;
  • internal trust and safety reviews;
  • manual investigation procedures.

Growave continuously evaluates and updates its monitoring and enforcement processes to address evolving abuse patterns and industry standards.

  • temporary suspension of Services;
  • permanent account termination;
  • limitation of access to Growave Services;
  • reporting unlawful conduct to regulators, law enforcement authorities, ecommerce platforms, or other relevant third parties where legally required or reasonably appropriate.

Enforcement decisions may consider the severity, frequency, intent, consumer impact, and repeat nature of violations.

While Growave implements measures intended to promote review authenticity and platform integrity, Growave does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of reviews, ratings, merchant claims, or other user-generated content.

Consumers and merchants should exercise independent judgment when evaluating reviews and related content.

Growave may update or modify this Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or platform changes.

Continued use of Growave Services following publication of updated versions constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
