Disconnected loyalty & reviews experience - The client needed a single solution that could manage both rewards and product reviews without relying on multiple separate apps.
Subscription customer exclusion - The business required more flexibility to exclude subscription customers from certain loyalty and rewards campaigns.

Like many established ecommerce brands, Shopify Plus merchant Chubby Mealworms was looking for a more streamlined customer engagement setup.
