What credentials do I need to connect Growave to Nexus?
You need your Growave API Key and API Secret, both found in Growave under Settings, then API. In Nexus, go to Settings, Integrations, open the Reviews section, select the Growave card, paste both values, and click Save Connection.
How often do reviews sync after connecting?
After the initial connection, Nexus syncs your Growave reviews automatically once a day. Existing reviews can also be re-analyzed on demand if you want updated sentiment and theme tagging.
Can I connect multiple review apps at the same time?
You can, but Nexus does not deduplicate reviews across different sources. If you run more than one review app, connect only your primary one, or accept that overlapping reviews may be counted more than once.
