Frequently asked questions
Why are my newest Growave reviews not in Commander yet?
Commander syncs once a day, so new reviews appear after the next daily sync. Check Settings, Store Status, Supplementary signals in Commander to see the Growave reviews sync status and when the last sync ran.
Commander shows Validating and the connection fails. What should I check?
Make sure you copied the full API Key and API Secret from Growave Settings, API, without extra spaces, and that each value is in its matching field. Also confirm your Growave plan includes API access (Plus plan or above).
Does Commander change or publish anything in Growave?
No. Commander imports your reviews for analysis only. Sentiment and theme tags stay in Commander derand do not change your reviews, ratings, or widgets in Growave.
