Frequently asked questions
Which plans do I need on both sides?
On Growave, API credentials are normally available from the Plus plan, but Entry plan merchants can request access by contacting support. On Shopney, the Gold plan supports Reviews and the Platinum plan supports Rewards.
Are photo reviews supported in the Shopney app?
Yes, but you need to enable the Image review feature toggle inside the Shopney Reviews integration panel. Without it, photo reviews will not display correctly in the app.
Why are loyalty elements showing blank pages in my app?
This usually means the API Key or Secret was entered incorrectly. Copy both values from Growave Settings and paste them accurately into the Growave Loyalty App tile in the Shopney Integrations tab.
Are shop reviews shown in the app?
No. The Shopney integration only displays product reviews, not shop-level reviews.
