Frequently asked questions
Which Growave plan do I need for the Reviews integration?
The reviews integration requires Growave API access, available from the Plus plan and above. The wishlist integration does not require API access and works on all plans.
Do I need to re-index after connecting?
Yes. After pasting your Growave API credentials into Searchanise and saving, you need to trigger a Force Re-indexation from the Searchanise left-side menu. Once complete, ratings and review counts will appear in your widgets.
