Running an online business on Shopify is a handful. You need to know your niche, what your customers expect, what your competitors are offering, and how your business is faring in the midst of all this (at all times).

While Shopify shines in many ways reporting and analytics are not its best features (not at least in the lower plans). Let’s take a look at why?

Limitation of native Shopify reports:

1. Only overview, financial reports available in the lower plans. No advanced analytics like -customer analytics, marketing insights, segmentation, forecasting, etc.
2. No multicurrency support
3. No multistore reporting for multiple Shopify stores in a single place
4. No subscription metrics available.

Now you can tackle some of this by opting for a higher more expensive plan on Shopify. But what if you had a less expensive but more feature-packed solution? You would try it right?
