At Growave we have created a culture of constant improvement that we demonstrate on a monthly basis. Each month we roll out a new set of updates designed to enhance our platform's capabilities and in turn enrich our users' experience.
1. Vip tiers and descriptions are now translatable
This update introduces new translation features for the VIP tiers and their descriptions. You can choose from any of the available languages in the options.
2. New branding capabilities for the rewards app
These new branding updates include the ability to customize the launcher of the rewards hub. In specific: the icon, color scheme, launcher style, and position. Furthermore, you can now choose which screen of the popup customers will see first. This means customers can be immediately directed towards earning methods instead of the hub home.
3. New Extension: VIP Tier Progress Bar
This update introduced an exciting new VIP Tier extension that dynamically displays customer tier progress. This progress bar as seen below can also feature point expiration and a customer referral link.
*This feature is available on any Shopify Plan and Growave plans starting from Growth.
4. Additional Branding Options for Wishlist Icon
This new feature to Wishlist Branding allows merchants to choose which icon they want to choose with additional ability to upload their own custom icon. This update also allows customers to custom the color scheme of their Wishlist icon to fit their branding.
5. New Rewards Page Testing
This new update now enables merchants to test their rewards page. Merchants can build their rewards page, select a theme where they want to implement the page, and test the page to ensure that it fits their criteria. Additionally, our second-line support team can implement this feature with just one click.
6. Summary Section on the Edit Action Page
Editing your rewards program has become clearer with this new feature. This feature summarizes the changes that merchants make, turning edits into logic.
7. Growave branding added to all free plans
Following this update, Growave branding will be added to all widgets for merchants on Free Plans.
8. New Layout Features for Reviews
This update introduces two new options for reviews under the branding section that enables customers to choose how reviews will be displayed. Merchants can choose from either List View or Grid layout for their reviews.
9. Notification Banner for Restricted Features
With these new features merchants will be notified when they encounter a feature currently unavailable on their plan. It will enable merchants to easily upgrade their current plan to unlock the features they desire. The clickable button will navigate them to the approve charge page, skipping the need to manually change plans.
10. Enhanced Position for the Reward Popup Launcher
Under the branding section for the reward popup launcher, new position options have been added. These settings enable you to better control the placement of the launcher and visibility across devices. This addition promises to enhance promises to improve control and the customer’s experience.
