What is a “monthly order limit”?
Any order processed on your online store and through Shopify POS in the last 30 days while the app was installed.
What happens when I go over my monthly limit?
We understand that orders can change from month to month. So we will not force you to switch your plan immediately. The app will be unaffected after going over your limit. Initially, a warning notification is sent when the order counter goes above the limit (1/3). This warning repeats for the next two billing cycles if the limit is exceeded again (2/3 and 3/3). During these first three limit violations, the overall functionality remains unaffected.
However, upon the fourth violation (3/3), all marketing notifications are disabled until the end of the current billing cycle. After the cycle resets, the process repeats, and any further violations result in the continued disabling of notifications without incrementing the limit counter.
How does the free trial work?
You have a full 14 days to try the app for free. Cancel at any time in one click. You will not be charged if you uninstall during your trial.
