What is a “monthly order limit”?
Any order processed on your online store and through Shopify POS in the last 30 days while the app was installed. Please note that if you exceed order limits by 5%, we will not count it as exceeding limits. For instance, if your order limit is 100 orders, 105 orders will not be considered as exceeding a limit.
What happens when I exceed my limits?
First of all, we will reach out to let you know. Then some essential features will be paused in 7 days. You can prevent this by upgrading to a plan more suited to your store or you can wait until features are unpaused on your 'reset' day, which is the date you installed the app. For instance, if you installed the app on the 15th of February, the 15th is your account's reset day.
How does the free trial work?
You have a full 14 days to try the app for free. Cancel at any time in one click. You will not be charged if you uninstall during your trial.
Do I have to use all 5 apps including reviews, wishlist, etc?
No, you can run any combination of the apps. However, when all apps are used together, they create the most powerful way to build a community.
Do you offer help to move from other apps?
